One month later.

Well I have been back on sparkpeople for one month. I am working on eating better. The first thing I noticed was that my ankles, that were swollen, have gone completely down.

I have attended a family reunion and still was able to not put on any weight.

I have watched my food portions. Sometimes going over a little on serving sizes.
I have had breakfast, lunch, dinners and dessert.

All the while I have been able to keep on losing.

I lost 5 lbs at first and then lost about 2 lbs. a week.

So far I have lost 15 lbs. total.

I am satisfied with that. Slow and easy wins the race. emoticon
