So yesterday I was getting ready for work and caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror. I became dismayed at what I saw. My mind went dark and I said some not-so-nice stuff to myself. I was about to walk away when I forced myself to really look at what I saw. Yes, I still have a lot of weight to lose but I could see lots of muscles developing, my legs and arms slimming and becoming more defined. My collarbones are popping again and my face is clearly narrowing. I’m developing strength and have tons of endurance! My body is capable of amazing things and is worthy of my respect and love. So then basically I told myself to knock it off.
