It's Been Too Long!

Wednesday, September 26, 2018

Ugh! I only just saw how long it's been since I've been here... unfortunately my job cut my hours by 10 hours per week so looking for a full-time job has been my sole focus. I also went into a depression for awhile and didn't care about what I ate. I did see a doctor today and I she prescribed me the anti depressants I took before so I know that will help as far as that is concerned. as far as what motivated me to come back? Lately I'm finding my self being sick and tired of being "pretty for a big girl" I just want to be pretty, period! Plus I knew it was time. I didn't like how my body was feeling, things like that. So I gained the weight in 2 years since I've been to Florida; my goal is to lose what I gained and then some in 2 years. That is definitely do able!

So glad to be back!

emoticon back. Give yourself a pat on the back for coming back to SP and making a commitment to lose more than you gained. emoticon

Think of yourself as pretty and don't let people undermine your self confidence. emoticon
