(Orange sugar-free jello with whipped cream - 1g carb and 20 calories)
I’m super focused today! I’m eating all the right things (tuna salad on a low carb wrap, frozen veggies and grilled chicken breast, cottage cheese, and coffee with sugar-free creamer).
I’m taking a walk while listening to an audiobook as soon as I finish this blog. Then I might start cleaning my apartment and take out the trash. I’m also going to make pumpkin spice roasted pecans later!
I slept horribly last night, but somehow still have a ton of energy today, haha. I hope this continues! I’m grateful for this feeling and not taking it for granted.
