Good morning to my friends ... old and new.. that stop by for a visit .. WELCOME !!!! You know the drill .. I supply the snacks, and you enjoy them to your hearts content .. remember .. magic home -- no fat, no carbs, and no calories .. and all of the flavor and taste you can imagine !!! I made up coffee, hot cocoa, and hot tea .. all of which can be chilled if you prefer !! :) Help yourself and welcome !! :)

We also have ice for a selection of fresh iced drinks ...

Yesterday I was in definite energy saving mode .... We got home and I plopped myself in my sitting room and watched TV all afternoon .. and slept ... and watched TV and slept and watched TV and slept and went upstairs and came back downstairs, and watched TV and slept .. ... oh .. well -- you get the picture ...

The one thing that I got my energy up for; was to put up the blockades, and lift up the throw rugs; so I could let Rupert out of his crate .. and run around ..

and he did an awesome job as normal .. while I watched TV and slept, and watched TV and slept .. (you get the jest .. lol ) .. All I was needed for was to listen if he got stuck, which he didn't .. he did really good !!! :)

I talked with hubby about my ideas; and he asked if I was starting my "diet" now; or after I do my research .. and I told him after I do my research (which I started this morning) but am going to eat "lighter" until I come up with a plan that will work for me .. :) So on the way home we picked up a double stuffed pizza at Papa Murphy's .. :) (the one you bake yourself)

Hubby dropped me off, and went on his way to get the free money downtown Milwaukee .. I told him I had had enough for awhile .. He got back home just after 4 .. He texted me as he was leaving and I put it in the oven (so I DID do something besides

I had 1 piece and ate it slowly as I enjoyed every bite .. and he said he had 3 pieces *urp* .. but I personally think he had 2 .. lol. He looked at me funny and asked why I'm not having a second piece .. I had told him I'm not starting any "diet" until later .. I told him; I always just have one piece of this pizza because it's so thick and filling .. :) and it's very very seldom I ever had 2 pieces .. even before .. lol .. He was in total amazement .. lol ..

I'm sorry to say that I think I went backwards on my back .. :( It hasn't been back to where it was since Monday night, when I totally burned it out, and hubby and I had our "conversations" .. I have a plan set up and have initiated it ..

I did have my topical on throughout the day yesterday; and it felt okay; however, when I put the Salonpas pad on last night, it burned horribly .. (yes .. I wash my back before applying new) .. so I think I've reached my limit on that for awhile .. *sigh* .. sooo I did sleep without anything yesterday; but took 1 Aleve this morning, because it's tight .. grrrrr as soon as I start putting together a plan; my body starts falling apart again ..

Yesterday afternoon I did start bringing in my hummer feeders. I haven't seen any for almost a week now .. :( and it was a fight with the bees that have taken over the one .... but I won ..

I won the battle .. !!!! brought them inside and washed them out for storage .. :( Till next year little guys .. :(

Anyway .. thankfully I slept good with no topical and no .. I didn't take any Aleve .. or muscle relaxer; I wanted to see what it would feel like overnight .. and thankfully it only twinged .. lol but this morning is feeling stiff .. stiff enough that I broke down with an Aleve .. *sigh* ..

I did send an email to the doctor this morning, and I have a funny feeling I know what her reply will say .... but I added "if this requires an appointment to talk deeper, please let me know" .. According to my notes from last appointment; I know she's going to say; because the last notes stated "physical therapy" ... and I'm actually not offput by that; since that will teach me exercises to create this ...

So -- I got the wheels in motion .. I have thought, instead of gym exercises for now, a beginning yoga class may work better .. (I like Yoga..:) ) so that is my next step .. either PT with the doctor, or checking out yoga classes .. My old WW instructor has a shop in downtown Menomonee Falls .. either way it's a step in the right direction, and just waiting for the doctor to sent me in that right direction .. :)

We got home yesterday and in the mail was a card envelope, and in that card envelope was the most adorable card, and in that card was a gift card from the coffee shop by Bearings .. with a note thanking me for all my help .. DOH !!!!! Yes -- it was from Kim .. We are back on speaking terms, and I don't think she got the totality of my last text when I was so upset .. but she didn't take offense .. and no .. I'm not going to stop back in yet .. but that tension is over ..

This morning I have a delivery to make .. :) I'm paying off my debt to my "guys" .. my guys from the company website people .. :) I promised them a round of coffee before I left, and it's been long enough ... I can go and pay my debt .. :) They have never known me NOT to pay my debts .. so I'm paying up this morning .. :) I emailed Joe last week, but he wasn't in .. and we rescheduled for today .. :) I have to pay my debts .. :)

Tomorrow hubby is going golfing with his friends .. so I'll have the day for myself .. I see laundry and quilting in my day .. :) WOOHOO !!!!!!!

With that I'm saying have a great day and we'll let you know how my "plan" goes .. as it goes .. lol .. Have a wonderful day !!!! I'm going to !!!!

    Sleep, TV, pizza... Hmmm... sounds like me right now.
    I’ve been struggling with a mysterious back pain & have always wondered about Salonpas. Does it help much? I’ve done some gentle stretching & saw my chiropractor to no avail.

    Sorry to hear about your back. **SIGH** Honestly, a good move to mail your Dr. and I think your attitude about PT, if that’s what she suggests, is a good idea. AND yoga is a great idea. Stretching, gentle.

    Sad to see the hummer season end. **SIGH** Glad that you were able to dismantle the feeders and you won the battle w/the bees.

    Awwwwwwwww . . .how nice to get that appreciative note from Kim w/the gift card!!! Step in the right direction, right!?!

    Hurray for a Sally day to quilt and do laundry.
