Well, its been 3 weeks back on Spark and yesterday I took my first "cheat day." I promised myself that I would celebrate even the smallest of successes because this time around I am trying my best not to focus so much on the number on the scale or losing my weight in record time. So, I expect that there will be ups and downs along the way. So, yesterday I allowed myself to enjoy some pizza. It was a small pizza and I ate the equivalent of probably 2 pieces of a regular sized pizza. Anyway, I am counting it a success because (1) instead of ordering it with pepperoni, I had green peppers and onions (whoo hoo); and (2) I didn't eat the whole pizza which I have been known to do in the past. Gotta take those victories wherever I can.
