OK, it's Monday again! How many times have you said I will increase my calorie burn and get rid of those extra pounds? I have to admit I am guilty.

I still have my dream and I realize I will never reach it without taking the time to exercise while eating healthy.

I still believe I can reach my goal and this is the Monday I will increase my strength exercises to reach my goal. The clock is ticking and it is time.
