FitProgress - Day 8 - Treadmill - Power Walk

Spent more time power walking than jogging today, but it’s just what I felt I needed, so my time was slower, but honestly not by all that much really. Still pushed myself more than I set out to do. Spent a little more time on yoga today too, to stretch out more and make up somewhat for yesterday’s interrupted yoga. Tomorrow I’m going to set my speed at 3.0 mph and go for 30 mins straight and see how far I get. lol No jogging! Just straight walking... time to change it up a bit. I hit a 15 min mile which was my primary goal, so moving on. Will come back to the how long a mile takes me at a later date. My endurance is okay, although much room for improvement, but I really need to get my stamina up and get past the 30 min mark into the fat burning zone. Onwards and forwards. Struggling somewhat food wise. Still need to blog about that, but otherwise... committed to getting back on track :) Me! FitDiggity... Booyah! _______ FitProgress

Week 3 • Day 7 - Tues - 15:34 mins Treadmill (1 mile), 5 mins Yoga • Day 8 - Thurs - 17:35 mins Treadmill (1 mile), 25 mins Yoga [Mostly Power Walked]
