Brain Recovery Day 4

It was a rough morning BUT I DID IT. Woke up feeling awful. The migraine of terror was waiting, lurching deep inside my head.
I took my time, hours in fact. Warm compress on my neck, meditation using Binaural beats, and short videos of comedians. When I felt better I got up to a silent house a luxurious made a brain healthy breakfast.
When I was sure, I started doing chores - work 30 minutes then rest 30 minutes.
By 2:30 the absence of most symptoms meant time to exercise, time to get oxygen to my brain.
A brisk walk through the Vermont mountain roads was.just the ticket. I moved so my heart rate was in intervals:
60% at my low and up to 90 at my peaks.
I'm following it with a long rest.
Hey, besides healing, I've lost 4.5 pounds.😁
