This weeks weigh in was today I’m down .6 lbs. yay! I’m down this week but my food has been on point and I’ve been exercising daily and I’m ready to see more benefits. Real scale victories. After the big number losses this spring, a half pound a week is frustratingly slow. I know it will catch up. But who doesn’t wish for some instant gratification from time to time. That 3 lb goal for sept is looking less and less realistic with every passing day. B
