Down 16 lbs!

By the grace of God, I lost another pound this week and met my other goals as well. Since today is my one day off per week, I decided to take a bit of a longer bike ride, 30 miles, which will set me up well to reach my goal of putting in 85 miles or more this week. It was such a beautiful morning in the Minneapolis area, especially after several days of fairly high temps and humidity, so I felt very grateful to be outside and take advantage of the day.
My goals for this week: (1) Ride my bike for 85 miles or more. (2) Complete three particular workouts on the bike to improve strength, pedal speed, and endurance. (3) Eat well and within my calorie range. (4) Drop one pound or more.
