Weekend eating and exercise were a write off... Neighbourhood party and a trip to the markets... Did get a lovely matrix opal, though... Love its hidden fire (although it is not obvious in this photol! And a big pile of salad seedlings and some fresh buckwheat. One of the best things about this online entrepreneurial lifestyle I have built is that I get to learn from some amazing women. One is Stasha Washburn, the Period Coach. From her, I have learnt about eating with my cycle to support my hormones. Today I am in the follicular phase (menstruation just finished, heading towards ovulation) so I know I need to eat lots of light, fresh, vibrant foods, and will have increasing energy. Lots of green, growing things. Starting the day with a juicy green pear and a big glass of water... Then heading out for a walk.
