30 day shred..hahahahahaha

Hahahaha. Seriously though, this I dunno. I have no problem with cardio and I push myself non stop. When I was in better shape I did the 30 day shred no problem. Figured since I've been doing a ton of cardio every day and since I've started to SLOWLY incorporate weights (have such a hard time with strength training - I get bored) I thought it would be no problem and easy. It was not. Hard to see how something I did with ease awhile ago could be so friggin difficult!!! I don't know if it's because I'm tired and just out of it today or if I'm really that out of shape. Either way it's only a 20 min work out and half the time I had to stop and stare at the tv screen, dumbfounded. Not a good first day... hopefully it gets easier. Lol I can't stop laughing at myself. I'm glad my boyfriend is jamming at his drummers place because I would have looked dumb. I don't know how to get back into strength training because I really need it. I have to do girl push ups for crying out loud. If anyone reads this and is heavily into strength training please feel free to give me some tips!

    I need to start ST as well. I do about 5 minutes and same thing....BORING! Feel good! At least you can do a "girl pushup". I cant even do that! emoticon
