Doing well

I reached my first goal weight of 160 or below last week, then gained a pound, but have taken that pound and more off. I'm now down to 158.8 and looking like it's going to keep going. I'm up to 30 net carbs per day and have added back in nuts, berries and dairy without issues so far. I will go up to 35 net carbs next Friday and see how that goes for me. The last time I got that high, I seemed to stop the weight loss, but we shall see what happens this time. It may have been that I switched to keto at that time and messed everything up. I will stick to Atkins this time. It seems to be working well for me. Still haven't added in exercise and that's not good. I want to, but just don't feel like doing it. I have no motivation to do anything like that, since I am already losing weight and I don't have to add exercise. I know it would be better for me..that's a given. I'm just not motivated to do it yet. Maybe when I don't have to work late every day, maybe that will help. That, and I keep forgetting to take my gym bag with me to work. Shame on me! :)
