Food report, 16th September

I had cake for breakfast!
They were two of the vegan chocolate brownie/muffins I made yesterday and were very wholesome. I topped them with some peanut butter mixed with Dalfour Blackberry jam and had them with some fresh strawberries and a delicious mug of coffee.
Lunch was the left-over pizza from yesterday - I warmed it up in the oven. Dessert was a dish of stewed plums (made yesterday) on their own, no cream or yoghurt. They were really tasty - I'd cooked them with a little bit of ginger and some coconut sugar.
I made a carrot & ginger soup for supper - I sweated the onion, then put it in the slow cooker with diced carrot and a small potato, some stock, and some dried ginger. Before supper I blitzed it in the Ninja - it was divinely silky and smooth.
I followed it with a dish of a simple fruit salad (made yesterday) apple, banana, strawberry, with just 1/4 cup of soya yoghurt.
I will have a cup of Mexican hot chocolate later on this evening - cocoa, soya milk, vanilla, chilli, a little coconut sugar.
I am pleased that I had no snacks today, enjoyed all my meals and feel well fed.
