maybe less is more?

I’ve been so focused on doing everything, pushing myself too much. I’ve been stressing myself out, filling each day with too much, not sleeping enough, not getting to everything I plan, feeling like a failure.
Maybe less is more?
Maybe I need to have less stress. Maybe I need to plan less in my days. Maybe I need to stop pushing myself. Maybe I need to take a few steps back. Maybe I need to focus on being healthy and happy and not focusing on the scale and jean size. Maybe I need to re-adjust my mindset.
Maybe just maybe, I need to remember this is my life and I have to focus on a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
