What the Health?!

I watched a documentary last night called What the Health. It was a big eye opener for me and I've decided to go Vegan for my health and well being. Giving up the meat won't be as hard as the dairy. Luckily there are so many healthy alternatives that I don't believe I will feel deprived. The fridge and cupboards are stocked right now so I won't be starting this new lifestyle for a few more weeks but I am so confident that this lifestyle is for me. I also requested information from a college online about becoming a holistic healer. I've always had an interest in health and nutrition including mind body and spirit. I feel so positive going forward and finally finding my purpose in life. I am not here to say I'm superior in any way just because of the way I eat and approach my health quite the opposite actually. I want to educate people on the holistic approach to life and that is why I am looking forward to learning and growing as a person. I'm dedicated to being the best version of myself as I can be.
