I have lost weight again--not a lot, but I am under the 200 mark AGAIN!
Last week I tried VERY hard to get 5000 steps in everyday--
Sometimes I had to get out on the driveway and walk up and down it--or head to the Gym (in our rec room) and do 10 minutes on the Dreadmill---
It seems to have paid off---
Now to keep it up and more-
Another thing I did-after dinner, instead of grabbing something sweet, I went for some fruit-
The hardest part of this whole "Trying to get some weight off" is to do it EVERY DAY----day after day after day--
Hopefully when I have to visit the clinic and they take my blood pressure, it will be normal----
This is my most dread of all-
So, it's Sunday-a grass cutting day (more steps)----
Already Himself has his "ears " in---Hearing me is a good thing-! --
I have walked Tess , the German, (as in dog)--and already the AC is flying here in the house.
I don't know where "Fall" is---I think this year we might not get it!
Lord love a Duck! I must smile---- try to make this wee corner of the world a better place---
And I must think about the ol' body all day! --
How can I make it healthier?
