Weekly Goals - Giving Up Is Not an Option

Here's to another GREAT week! I have made up in my mind that giving up is not an option. Instead of giving up on my weight loss goals, I have chosen to shake up my fitness plan a bit(see below) and changed some of my bad eating habits (No Fast Food, No soda, No cake, No juice). I will continue to track my the foods/drinks and my exercise. Now, I am going to make this clear, I am not on any specific diet. If I want a slice a pizza or treat myself to a cookie, I will do that. I am focusing on eating less and moving more. I am taking this journey one step at a time, one habit at a time. My positive progress gives me the fuel to keep pushing forward. Thoughts for the Week = Eat less, Move more & Your success is found in your daily routine

Today's Weight = 218.5 (-2.5)

FITNESS GOALS:

1. Exercise (Cardio) at least 60 minutes per day
2. Exercise (Strength & Stretch) at least 45 minutes per day
3. Daily Steps at least 12,000 steps per day
4. Sleep 6.5 hours per day

1. Fitness Boot Camp (Strength Training) - 3 times per week
2. The Tone Every Zone Walk DVD - Leslie Sansone
3. Walking OFF the Pounds 3 Miles DVD - Leslie Sansone
4. 5 Boosted Miles DVD - Leslie Sansone
5. 4 Mile Burn Ultimate Power Walk DVD - Leslie Sansone
6. This is TAE BO DVD - Billy Blanks
