Well, I'm holding in the 160s and range from mid to high. So far that is (165 to 168). Still reading "Bright Line Eating" and enjoying learning about the science and psychology of weight loss. I can do this!

Thanks GRAMPIAN and LINDA058! My goal is 150 for now. My mind games kick in at about 165, so I'm working hard to figure out this temporary roadblock. At 5'3" that GW is more than realistic. I have weight records on my Spark weight tracker going back years. It's helped me see my highs and lows. What has been helpful to you? 776 days ago
