FitProgress - Day 5 - Treadmill - Better

Good Day SparkFriends, Today was better than yesterday, but still much room for progress... but I’m getting there! Reached a new high speed too, which is probably a stroll for people with long legs... but good jog/run for me at 4.5. Day 1 I didn’t dare go over 3.2. Spentmost my time toggling between 2.5 and 3.0. Day 2 I braved 3.5 but spent most of my time at 3.0. Stayed roughly the same on the Day 3 as well. Day 4 I went for 4.0 and did okay, which was good considering I wasn’t feeling well and almost didn’t go on. And today, Day 5 I went for 4.5... surprised myself really. Not able to maintain that speed too long, but when I reduce speed, it makes 3.0-3.5 seem like a modest power walk/stroll. So, YES!!! Progress! Making progress! Oh, and that helped me knock off over another minute on my time, so that’s over 5 minutes since Day 1! WOOT! _______ FitProgress
