FitProgress - Day 4 - Treadmill - Slow n’ Steady

I admit, I almost had myself convinced that I ‘should’ take one more day of rest. But, then I convinced myself even if I just walk the whole time and even if it takes me longer than last week to walk that mile, that’s okay, cuz it’s better than not at all. My knees are bothering me :( Not sure why I have these awful knees. Seriously wondering when a person considers surgery... sure it would originally be a set back, but perhaps worth it in the long run? No idea... haven’t put that much thought or research into it... but maybe it’s time? Maybe I’m paranoid... lol. Or maybe I can build the strength back up with dedicated careful persistence without going down that road. Anyways... originally had hoped to aim for 1.5 miles this week, stuck with 1 mile and thought forsure that I would have an increase in time but managed to shave A LITTLE more time off (14 secs)... so WOOHOO!!! Lol. So go ME!!     Nice work! You are very detailed and organized 2 great qualities to have when maintaining a healthy life style. You are goals! Oh and I love how ur getting faster by the day on the treadmill! Keep up the good work
