Down 15 lbs!

It's been a great week. I completed my 15th 100-mile bike ride on a very difficult course in a decent time, I coached my wife (who has Multiple Sclerosis) to finish her first 100-mile bike ride on the same difficult course, I put in a total of 132.24 miles on the bike, and I lost another pound!
Today is my one day off per week, and so tomorrow is essentially the start of my week. My goals for this week are (1) to put in 50 miles on the bike at a recovery pace, (2) to visit the gym several times to walk at a 3.0 mph pace and stretch, (3) to eat well and within my calorie range, and (4) to drop 0.5-1.0 pound.
