It is hard to determine where I should start. What I mean is that I use to be very active on Spark. I was blessed with many friendships and great encouragement just from Sparking and being involved. The key word here is being INVOLVED.
However.. Life happens and I stepped away from Spark. While I never gave up on my journey completely, I obviously forgot the basic tools that I had used to lose 60+ lbs.
I apologize to all of my friends here on Spark.
I need to make myself accountable again!!! While I cannot promise to be online everyday, I am writing this blog to put my goals out there.
1. Tracking my food each day (is key).
2. 8+ glasses of water each day.
3. Exercise 5 days a week.
4. At least one blog each week giving an update on progress, or just basically staying in touch.
*** I have been doing all of this (except for blogging). I even track my food and fitness using the Sparkpeople app. While it is a great tool, I myself need to be more involved. I do not know why I am this way. Maybe just maybe I can help someone else along the way!
