Smart Goals

I am posting Smart Goals as part of a weekend challenge for the BLC38. These are goals
I plan to accomplish during and by the end of the 12-week challenge.

1. I want to lose 30 lbs by the end of the challenge. To accomplish this, I will follow a whole food plant based diet, track everything I eat and drink, and eat between 1100 & 1300 calories per day. Additionally, I will find support for the endeavor in my White Rabbit BLC38 Team on SparkPeople.
2. I want to start exercising regularly for a minimum of 40 minutes per week. To accomplish this I will participate the weekend challenges and TNT challenges of the BLC38, modifying the exercises as needed to accommodate my physical limitations.
