FitProgress - Day 3 - Treadmill - Making Progress

Okay! This girl is making some progress!!
I admit I spent most of the morning in bed and fasting, but I needed it.
Then! I got out of bed, had a pre-workout protein shake, got on that treadmill and actually felt somewhat strong and like I could keep going... but I still chose to stop at that 1 mile mark. This time 18 mins... so that’s a whole 4 mins off my first day!
And yoga felt good too! Was a little more energyful and meditative :)))
All and all, a pretty darn good work out!
Going to rest the next two days and get back on MONDAY!!

Wed - 21.98 mins Treadmill (1 mile), 15 mins Restorative Yoga
Thurs - 19.21 mins Treadmill (1 mile), 20 minutes Restorative Yoga
Fri - 18.06 mins Treadmill (1 mile), 25 minutes Restorative/Meditative Yoga SHAKE!!! :)
