Back in the USA, Back at School

It's Friday. We've only had 3 days with the kids and already I'm SO glad it's Friday!
I got home from Peru last Saturday. Lima was chilly: I wore two t-shirts and a sweatshirt and sweatpants. My first stop on the way home was JFK. That airport does not have air-conditioning. It has REFRIGERATION!
Since I had a while to wait for my next flight, I wanted to grab a bite to eat. So my wheelchair jockey took me - to McDonald's, at my request. I know, I know, it ain't the healthiest place to eat!
Also, because she'd been hauling me all over and it was near the end of her shift, I treated HER as well (besides a tip!)
Now, I live in Rochester, so you would think the next flight would be from JFK to MY airport, right? But NOO-oo! I was shuffled back SOUTH to Charlotte, NC.
And they dropped the ball there for wheelchair service (which happened LAST time I was at that airport!) Fortunately, I had enough time and took the people movers.
I arrived in Rochester around 6 pm and and my friend picked me up. I invited her for pizza for the trouble. (My son had requested it.)
But despite pizza and wings, my weight was unchanged - and since my ankles were puffy, I guessed it was actually lower than when I left. And after the first couple of days at school, new building, WALKING ALL OVER THE PLACE, I finally got to 200 pounds (ankles still puffy so I may actually be under!)
