Legs so sore . . .time to make the arms sore.

I did a dumbbell workout yesterday that was supposed to be a "full body" workout, but it definitely got to my legs a lot more than my arms. I've been having a bit of trouble standing up and sitting down today. My muscles are painful and weak. So I only took a 10 minute walk at lunch today instead of my usual 20-30. That's okay, though. I decided my arms weren't sore enough, so I did a workout this evening that should change that.
Strength training is still kind of a mystery to me. I've always mainly focused on cardio when I've tried to get into the exercise groove. I think it's always seemed a lot easier to do cardio without worrying too much about your form. But I'm trying some basic strength training now and just watching videos and doing all the reading I can to make sure I understand how to do it right.
