I am so excited! Yes, I read an article today that I think will help me get rid of these last 7 pounds (my 8 week goal). I have read like articles before but, I guess, it hadn't quite sunk in until today.

Briefly, I will try to explain. The article was about low density or high dense foods and explained why we should choose the lower density foods to stay full longer and be better satisfied with our meals. Most of these foods are also the lower calorie and lower fat foods.

I found charts with lots of such foods and now my plan is too use these daily to plan my meals.

Just seeing this helped the idea to click. Who want an empty stomach?!

Not sure these are easy to read but google lower density foods if you are interested.
