Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
Do to health issues I am limited in what I can do. But am going to give it my best shot and increase when I can.
I will commit to :
11-Minute Chair Cardio Workout SpakPeople video-- twice a day - = 22 minutes - Calories burned 238
20 minute Resistance Band Workout SpakPeople video - Mon. Wed. & Fri. - Calories burned 72
Right now it is hard for me to go out for walks. I have 6 flights of stairs to go up and down. Going down is OK , it's coming back up that's a problem. .
I will be moving the end of the month to a building with a elevator, so I will and add walks a few times a week once I am settled in.
I know this doesn't look like much to most of you, but for me it is a huge step in the right direction.
