FitProgress - Day 1 - Treadmill - Rahhhhh

I set out to kick butt and think I got my butt kicked, but I did it...
DAY 1 TREADMILL... DONE ! ¡ !
It was an emotional journey getting myself on there this morning for many reasons.
I couldn’t get my kids out the door fast enough so I could get on there.
It was somewhat difficult, even frustrating.
My flow was off and it felt awkward... not to mention I feel awkward in my own skin right now, let alone my workout clothes.
Had to find my runners, oh right my socks, where’s my water bottle, I should probably make an energy shake, how the HELL do I turn this thing on, I suppose I should read the manual... arghhhhhhhhhh I JUST WANT TO RUN... okay well jog (ahem... walk fastly... lol)... okay it’s on, now what... okay, I’m doing this, I did it... TEARS!!!!!!!
It’s been sometime since I worked out on a treadmill, even if for only 22 mins, it felt good and what a release of emotions I didn’t even know were stirring up inside of me.
And, I finished my workout with 15 minutes Restorative Yoga!
