Its been months since my last blog post. Not too many of my spark friends actually blog anymore. I use Instagram quite a bit to watch health updates of many people that I follow.

Weight is about the same. I eat alot of the same things everyday. I don't eat many things that agree with my system but my digestion is so bad that I'm limited severely. I see a doctor every 6 months for an update but their medicines don't work. Right now I'm trying to set up a schedule where I eat bad foods some days and acceptable foods on every other day or so forth. The bad foods for me are sugar and bread and oils. I like to eat sandwiches but they mess me up usually. On my days off, I'll eat something like tuna with light mayo. No bread. My diet remains mostly low fiber but I do eat some veggies.

I'm thinking of entering a weight loss program again. Its always so difficult for me but I don't want to put too much pressure on myself. I would like to eventually visit the smokies and go hiking.

We have 17 payments and we'll have $40,000 in credit cards paid off after 5 years. It could have been sooner if I had worked but my health and my son's health got in the way of me doing this.

I received a diagnosis of PSVT a few months ago so now I'm on a beta blocker which has helped. If it weren't for this, I'd be highly anxious all the time, rather than some of the time.

My son is in first grade and we're having some difficulties getting him to pay attention in class but we're all working together to come up with better solutions and so far they have been working thankfully.

My parents moved to my area but since they've moved here they've had a TON of problems with their new house. Termites and flooring have been a nightmare. My dad has been miserable and he lets us know everyday. Its hard to be around someone who is as negative as he is. It actually make me appreciate more positive people. LOL.

This has been a good year but I just wish we could get caught up with our finances. Its been so tough these last few years!

My birthday is coming up this month.

    I do best when I avoid sugar, bread, and processed foods. I can tell a huge difference when I eat clean. I would like to see the Smokies too. I have a friend who lives in Asheville. Good job on working to get out of debt. That is so important and it sounds like you have worked hard at it. Glad Joey is adjusting. It's not easy. They expect them to sit too much and concentrate too long. I also have problems being around negative people. Everyone has problems and all we can do is chip away at them, like you are. I hope you will have a happy birthday.
