August Review and September Goals

My first goal for August was to exercise at least ten minutes a day. My second goal for August was to do cardio at least 5 days a week, plus yoga and strength training at least 3 days a week each. My third goal was to complete SparkPeople’s 28-Day Home Workout Challenge. My fourth goal was to work on doing push-ups, progressing from wall push-ups towards regular push-ups. I did great during the first half of the month, doing everything I planned to do. I did not do much exercise at all during the last part of the month, though. I went out of town, then I got sick, then I had oral surgery. So I am keeping all of the same goals for September, and hopefully I can complete them this month!
