Haven't checked in for a long time. Gained 33 pounds back so here I am again. Had to replace my recumbent bike. But am back to regular exercise again. Working on a low carb diet and 10,000 steps with a little weight training. Had a stroke in September of last year and I was very lucky. Now trying to make some life changes. Back to healthier living.
