Happiness is 10 lbs of Chicken Wings

For this batch of wings, I tried a new method. I did a quick deep fried of less than 1 minute, then pressure cooked until done about 10 minutes. Seasoned heavily with herbs and spices, then baked at 325 for 15 minutes trying to put some crispiness into the skin.
I don't know how it tastes until tomorrow morning.
