Fasting and Cooking In Progress

Fasting is going fine. I'd love to eat what I'm cooking but that will have to wait until Mon morning.
Another iteration of Beef Phad See Ew. This time I doubled the rice noodles to 2 lbs. I got 19 servings out of it. This is the biggest amount of Phad See Ew I've ever cooked. What I've learned is to cook everything separately from beef, veggies, and noodles. Keep them separate and then mix them in the giant pot to finish them off. I'll do better next time.
Ingredients: Rice noodles, beef, Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan), Garlic and lots of animal fat.
