Does sweating count as a workout? :)

Man, it is hot in my house and I have been sweating! :) I've moved furniture around, organized some, cleaned up a tad. It's been a lovely indoor home-centered Saturday! :) I realized that I want to be happy where I am not just in prospects of the future. So, I created an open LR concept which mimics what I dreamed of having in my solarium/sunroom one day! I love it and. Now all it needs is some plants and it'll be on point! :)
