I enjoyed great success last year by losing a total of 22 pounds, implemented regular exercise and learned how to eat healthier and make smarter choices. However, in an attempt to add a new type of exercise to my routine (biking), I had a bad fall off my bike and seriously injured my right knee which was extremely painful since I already suffered with osteoarthritis in that knee. Long story short, I was forced to stop using the knee for a while to allow the inflamation to heal and in the process I lost my momentum. I tried to start up again several times but the pain was too great...so it became my excuse, I guess. Anyway, here I am one year later right back where I started! I am so ashamed I allowed myself to quit!! Now, I have to start from scratch. But the good news is that I know that if I could do it once, I can do it again. So, here I am...the first day of he rest of my life to obtain permanent good health and well being!
