Intermittent Fasting II

Day 1, went several hours after my "eating end time" but then i ate some chesse and crackers.
Day 2, again not perfect. went over my eating end time with a caloric beverage. Went to bed on time.
Day 3, stayed in eating window.
Day 4, stayed in eating window. In good mood, got more done.
Day 5 (Today). weighed, down 1.4 lbs. No, not really eating less, or being super nutritious.
It works with my schedule and seems to have helped my mental state. I am going to continue.
