Sometimes you have to just turn your back and stop

Tuesday, August 28, 2018

It’s been 6 years since we moved to South Carolina from California. We realized the day we came to look at the house we have now that the guy across the street was a real jerk when he walked over and asked my husband about his “f@#-ing vagina car”, our periwinkle scion XB....but I, as a Registered Nurse, thought we could “win him with kindness “. We never did. For four years my husband edged his yard and the yard of his relatives next door, for 4 years we invited hem all over for lavish parties, I did all his disability paperwork and got him 60%VA and early retirement. But he posted vile stuff on Facebook about us, hated that we travel, didn’t watch FOX , didn’t vote his way.... and forbade his wife and kids from having anything to do with us. We had a different life...yesterday my husband beautifully edged the yards for the last time. We are staying in the house we love but will “ walk away” from the neighbors. Can’t do it anymore.

You gave him more than enough chances to be a good neighbor.
    Good riddance!

He really didn't want to change, so good for you! All you can do is pray for him.
