Intermittent Fasting Week 7 Complete

8 Weeks of intermittent fasting starting on Sunday. The week was a good one as I stepped up my eating and exercising. I will be taking a step back on the exercising because I feel I over did it a few times. Moved up to 5 lb weights. Making progress...slowly but surely.
Continue to eat in my 4 hour window. 20 fasting/4 eating hours.
Exercise - walking and chair Hiit 30 minutes every day.
Strength Training every other day.
Menu - Between 1200 and 1600 calories each day. 50/20/30
Sodium around 1500
Weight loss for the week - 5 lbs
Weight loss for 8 weeks - 22
