Twenty-Eighth Weekend Fasting Cycle, 5 Lbs Chicken Wings, Beef & Taro

I'm wrapping up my twenty-eighth weekend fast. I'm not hungry so I won't break my fast until Mon morning. For the cooking this weekend, I'm trying out my new method for the wings. I started with cooking the wings in the pressure cooker with Frank's hot sauce and Kerrigold butter for 15 minutes. Remove the wings and let them dry in the fridge. Dust the wings with dry spices of garlic, ginger, cumin, curry powder, rosemary, thyme, sage, oregano, Himalayan salt and baking powder.The works! Bake for 15 minutes. I won't know what it tastes like until Mon morning.

Also, after 28 cycles of weekend fasting, I came to realize that fasting is the best method to remove liver and pancreas fat. Generally, it takes a day to deplete the glycogen in the liver and muscles. On the 2nd day, the body has no choice but to burn fat in the body including fat in the liver and pancreas. This is why I feel lighter. No wonder, ancient people praised fasting for millennium.

8/28/18 P.S. The wings tasted fine on Mon morning. Frank's hot sauce didn't have any effect, so it will be skipped. I'd cook the drumettes 15 minutes, the wings 10 minutes in the pressure cooker followed by 10 minutes in the oven and see how it goes the next time.
