Week of Sun Aug 26th – Sat Sept 1 (increased mileage goal by ½ mile from last week)

Exercise at least 20 min 7 days-
Specific Exercises (for week)-
Walk total of 5.5 treadmill miles- Total 5 miles, not my goal, but not bad, especially with illness. Plus, I did 3 grocery store trips that I did not log & on Sat night, we are going to the minor league ball game. Lots of walking from the parking lot to the stadium & up and down stairs :)
Tues - 1.5 miles!!
Wed - 1.25 miles
Thurs - .5 miles
Fri - bad IBS symptoms
Sat - .5 miles
Do 2 Leslie WAP videos (Monday - 15 min video/new to me)
Do 3 yoga videos
Sunday & Monday - SB - flexibility/white tank top
Wed - SB yoga for weight loss - pretty tough for me, only got thru about half of it. I plan to got back to it again! Lots of balancing in it, which I need!!
Sat - did 2 easy sb yoga videos. Felt very good after doing nothing but sleeping on Friday
Do 2 resistance band sessions (Sunday-done)
Do 1 pilates session (Tues - Windsor pilates)
Log in all 7 days, - Did this, but missed my 10 min of exercise every day streak that I had going :(
Lose 1 pound. – Get to 123 on at least 2 days (my weight fluctuates wildly!!)
Mon - 123.8!!!
Tues - 123.8 again
Wed - 123.6!!!
Thurs - 122.6 (lowest in very long time!!)
All in all, a pretty good week. Next week looks to be busy, but my last week before hubby's two week vacation. Those are always a bit tough for me. But I will just do the best that I can!!
