My goodness, my dog does a lot of these things. She nudges with her nose. Very expressive eyes. Tucks nose under my (or DH) arm, when cuddled on a lap. Takes her paw and tries to tell me something with it (like grabbing my arm, to tell me its time for her meal. She has a very precise tummy clock.) We get a kick out of her antics. She talks to us with those eyes..... (and nose) .... 27 days ago
Actually, horses do the same. Just today she pushed me sideways (gently) because there was a fly she couldn’t reach. If she is in her stall and her water bucket is empty (she has an automatic water bowl, but she prefers the bucket, she will stare at anybody who stops in front of her then stare sideways at the bucket. She will,do this up until someone fills her bucket. 27 days ago
