Trying to stay on Track

I have been struggling this last month with my behavior modification. I was doing so well it was almost second nature to choose healthier foods. I find that when I start to stress or struggle with different challenges I tend to eat more and I do not choose the best foods. I also have been absent from Sparkpeople, I will look through the site now and again but really do not participate in any of the groups or challenges. I noticed the people that are most successful seem to be very present on Sparkpeople. I have lost 36 pounds so far and I am so afraid to gain it back, this is the lightest I have weighed in sometime. Trying to stay on track and do not want to undo everything I have accomplished so far. There are several people on this site that inspire me to stay focused.
