Well I am feeling sore from working my body, but its a good feeling it. I'm less tired, have more energy and I'm eating so many fruits and veggies I feel like I might turn into one. I talk a lot with my mom she's had to change her lifestyle quite a bit since she had a stroke almost a year and a half ago and she's also a diabetic so things had to change quickly for her. She was never higher than 220, not sure what her weight is now but she's in a size 12 in clothes. Sadly her weight came off pretty quickly because of the stroke but she's eating much healthier now and maintaining everything. After talking with here about nutrition and different things that they are now adding to the foods now days, I know what to look out for and not buy. I also know that staying motivated and not worrying so much about how much of this or that my body is taking in, everything is trial and error and eventually I will be around the right amounts for my body. After all I just started and stressing out and worrying will only do more harm than good. She says knowing me the way she does I can handle this lifestyle change with ease and I will hit my goal weight before I know it. I feel so much better about things now, everything in moderation including stress she says, I found that amusing. Well hope everyone has a great day!
