Rest: Day 1 and Day 2

(I lost the blog before it posted...) I was so tired last night, I did not blog about yesterday. I forgot that Wednesday is my fast day and ate as per usual. That was just one way in which yesterday was just a strange day. Weird things at work, unexpected meetings and on and on. Nothing bad, just chaotic.
So, today is the fast day. I need to get more steps in than I did yesterday, more water and just stick to the plan...I can do this!
I could use some more sleep, too. I will find out the results of the recent sleep study on Monday. Last night was not a good night's sleep!
