Rest: Day 1 and Day 2

(I lost the blog before it posted...) I was so tired last night, I did not blog about yesterday. I forgot that Wednesday is my fast day and ate as per usual. That was just one way in which yesterday was just a strange day. Weird things at work, unexpected meetings and on and on. Nothing bad, just chaotic.

So, today is the fast day. I need to get more steps in than I did yesterday, more water and just stick to the plan...I can do this!

I could use some more sleep, too. I will find out the results of the recent sleep study on Monday. Last night was not a good night's sleep!

    Sorry you lost your long blog. I did that once and now I write them all in word and save them. I then copy and paste them when I post them here. I have seven years of daily blogs that I can look back on like a journal.

    I rarely sleep more than four broken hours. I don't know how I keep going on that little. But pain does tend to jar you awake...
