So it's only day three, but I feel different already. No, I haven't lost any weight, but I feel good knowing that I'm making changes for the better. It wasn't too hard to make good food choices today, and I parked my car a ways from my office building, so I got some extra steps in as well.
I know some days will be a lot harder than this, but I'm happy to have started with some momentum.
