I read this and had to do a double-take; REALLY??? I believe that I have this problem. I have tried to cut out sugar but honestly, I failed. I think it was because I tried too many "quits" at once and it was too overwhelming. But this puts a new perspective into my vision.
I believe that I have been doing well with my intake. I have lost over 4 pounds. I've tried to cut gluten and dairy as the allergist suggested, but (there I go again with the BUT!) I have failed. I have only slipped up once or twice....a day.... It's just not easy for me. I feel I must be doing better, though or there wouldn't be a weight loss, right?
I'll just keep plugging along the best that I can and keep tracking. Have a great day!
