Keeping it Real

This is day two of tracking my foods. Not able to really start incorporating exercise yet (need to find a safe place to go for walks), but I'm excited to start a healthier lifestyle.
It's been a while since I've been setting healthy goals for myself. I need this in my life. Lots of stress going on, which can make healthy choices hard, but they are twice as important when dealing with stress. I cooked a good hearty dinner and drank a lot of water, and I feel good.
