Keeping it Real

This is day two of tracking my foods. Not able to really start incorporating exercise yet (need to find a safe place to go for walks), but I'm excited to start a healthier lifestyle. It's been a while since I've been setting healthy goals for myself. I need this in my life. Lots of stress going on, which can make healthy choices hard, but they are twice as important when dealing with stress. I cooked a good hearty dinner and drank a lot of water, and I feel good. #newbie

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it.     emoticon If you are having trouble with water try the beverage enhancers found in the juice aisle at Walmart or other grocery stores for less than two dollars you get 24 no calorie servings that is the best I have found in over 11 years. emoticon
